Return an Item to IXFusion

We offer a 30-day exchange on our products. If you receive a product from IxFusion that is damaged, defective or the wrong item please contact us through email or
call and we’ll make it right. Please be aware that your orders of Multi-media, DVD’s and CD’s will be exchanged for the same title.
In the event a clothing item is the wrong size, we will exchange for your correct size. You will be charged for shipping for the replacement as well as any price difference.
We ask that you pack the item properly and return to IxFusion before we ship the replacement.

Damaged Merchandise

Please inspect each item CAREFULLY upon arrival. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us WITHIN 3 business days. We will send a replacement and take care of the damage claim.
Save all packaging materials and the box if there is damage.
How to return a product for exchange:
1) Email bob@ixfusion.com and let us know the issue with your order
2) Pack your item for return
3) Include your order number, name, address, telephone number and describe the problem with the item
4) Ship to P.O. Box 2750, Issaquah, WA 98027
5) We will email you a confirmation that your product is received and will ship the corrected order within 5 days
